10 Basic Stances
Heisoku dachi – Feet together stance
Musubi dachi – Heels together toes apart stance
Uchi Hachiji Dachi – Feet shoulder width toes pointed in
Heiko Dachi – Feet parallel and shoulder width
Hachiji Dachi – Feet shoulder width toes pointed out
Shiko dachi – Sumo stance
Zenkutsu Dachi – Fighting stance
Renoji Dachi – Letter L stance
Neko Ashi Dachi – Cat stance
Sanchin Dachi – Sanchin stance
